1. Favourite time of the day and why?

My favourite time of day would be early morning. I never used to be a morning person, but since I did a stint on the breakfast show between 2005 & 2006, I was forced to become one. It is great to get up at the crack of dawn and see the day beginning, the sunrises are awesome and I guess I just realised that not everyone is blessed enough to see it every single morning!

2. Most embarrassing moment on-air?

It had to be when a caller phoned and asked if Mr. Bean was on our Unsexiest Men list.. I said that Mr. Bean should be no 1 on the Unsexiest Men list. The caller then said he looks just like Mr. Bean, and he was just wondering if there's any hope for him… uuuggggh, I felt awful!

3. Which do you prefer? Bondi beach/Alpine snowy slopes/African bush?

Hard one... it would be Bondi beach, as long as I can go scuba diving while I'm there. If I can't dive, it would be the bush.

4. Knowing that millions of people are listening, tell us what it feels like to be behind the microphone?

It feels wonderful, and I would never ever want to do anything else. I don't sit behind a mike thinking millions of people are listening. It’s rather that I'm chatting to my friends, having an intimate conversation.

5. What is your ‘Life’s greatest hit’ and why?

Anything by Bon Jovi, because Jon Bon is yummmmmmmmmmie and talented.

6. What kind of food do you enjoy and can you cook it yourself?

I love food, and I love cooking. I enjoy a variety of food, but a good steak is still tops.

7. What is the sure fire thing that gets you to feel good, relaxed and chilled?

My kids...

8. Tell us something you think no-one knows about you.

I still miss Bloem, because my mother lives there, and my brother. No one knows this because I'm Miss Independent, (ha ha ha)… but mommy's girl at heart...

9. Your favourite restaurant?

Baobab’s in Menlyn.

10. The one place in the world you would like to visit and why?

Egypt, because of the mystery that surrounds it.
