Glen Agliotti's attorney tears Clinton Nassif's testimony apart

Mining tycoon Brett Kebble’s security boss Clinton Nassif has been accused of turning state witness in the Glen Agliotti murder trial to avoid prosecution for his 2006 fraud case.

Nassif was at pains to dispute this but defence attorney Laurence Hodes was relentless as he pointed out contradictions and holes in his testimony.

The former security boss also painted a picture of former police commissioner Jackie Selebi’s role in his relationship with Agliotti ahead of Kebble’s 2005 murder, saying Selebi would often help him fulfil his duties as Kebble’s head of security.
