SPAR’s Women's Challenge in association with Jacaranda 94.2 is coming up, we want to know if you do any running as exercise?

1. Yes, religiously every morning.
2. I use a treadmill at the gym.
3. I speed-walk.
4. Running? I run after my kids, the pets and my husband every day!
5. I take part in special social events, but other than that, not much at all.

2. Ek gebruik n trapmeul by die gym.
3. Ek spoed-loop.
4. Hardloop? Ek hardloop elke dag agter my kinders, troeteldiere en man aan!
5. Ek neem deel aan spesiale sosiale geleenthede, maar behalwe vir dit, nie veel nie.
