Boks free to head to RWC

The High Court in Pretoria on Wednesday gave the Springboks the green light to go to the upcoming Rugby World Cup in England.

Judge Ntendeya Mavundla ruled that he would want to see a national dialogue about transformation, rather than an interdict.
The political party, Agency for a New Agenda (ANA), brought the application, but the judge ruled that the matter stands down.
"We afford the applicants to comply with Rule 16A which would then allow a broader community to get engaged in this matter so that, at one or other stage later down the line, this issue of transformation can then be ventilated," Mavundla said.
ANA brought the application regarding transformation of the team, saying there are too many white players.
Earlier the case was delayed after Mavundla advised ANA's Edward Mokhoanatse to first get legal representation.
"We are getting into a terrain which, and I'm saying this with the greatest respect, an area which is like a pond on the surface...it looks cool, but underneath the waters flow with tremendous force and if you are not familiar with that terrain you are likely to falter," Mavundla said.
