Background:

Promise works as a domestic worker. She works one day a week for Chantel, who is on maternity leave, after recently giving birth. Promise helps Chantel a lot, but now it is Promise that needs some help. She has been diagnosed with an ulcer - a condition that is causing her much pain - but despite this she still arrives for work to do her duties to help Chantel. Chantel is on maternity leave and has no extra money to help Promise go to a private doctor to have a proper checkup. Chantel wrote to Good Morning Angels and asked us to help - as the R2000,00 that is needed may seem like a small amount - but for both these women - it would make an enormous difference to their lives. Luckily, we have the Angels on our side ...

Good day team,

 
There is a lady who works for me as a domestic worker once a week.  She is in a very difficult situation with her health that needs help.

Even in pain she always smiles and still want to help me.

 
She has since November been struggling with an ulcer.

She has in the last week been in a lot of pain and the Doctor has advised her to go to swallow the scope. The waiting time at the state hospital  is however too long and to do it privately is about R2000. She will probably  have to go for a surgery.  The medication she has received is also adding up to the bills.

 
Is there any way for you to help her with this???

 
I myself is currently on Maternity leave with a baby of a week old and have no additional funds to even try help her from my side.
