How not to die while taking a selfie

Russian officials have released a brochure to show the general public how to take safe selfies. Yes, you read that correctly.
The infographics suggest that one should definitely avoid taking a selfie on a railway track (especially if a train is approaching).
Taking a selfie while you are standing on a roof is 100% out of the question, while trying to take a selfie near live wires is a big NO.
This is serious stuff folks, because all of the infographics are based on real life incidents of selfie taking that led to death or serious injury.
A Russian teenager died while trying to take a selfie on a railway track.
A 17-year-old girl plunged 30 feet to her death in 2014 after she climbed onto a railway bridge to take a selfie.
She was electrocuted after she accidentally grabbed a live wire when she slipped on the bridge.
