He's "been there, done that", as the old cliche' goes. Trevor Cramer caught up with former Springbok captain Corne' Krige, who described the emotional roller coaster ride in the lead-up to Friday's team announcement.

The Springbok squad for the World Cup in England next month is set to be announced on Friday afternoon (17h30)..

Bok coach Heyneke Meyer, his maangement team and the extended Bok squad had to endure an emotionally-charged week as the cut was made and certain players were dispatched back to their franchises.
