Cruel girl throws cat from three-story building

The girl, Tikeemah J. Lassiter, and her friend, who found the act amusing, can be heard laughing as the poor cat is thrown off the balcony. The video starts off with the girl, who is in her bra and shorts, holding the black cat in her hand. Then she throws the cat off the balcony towards cars on the road.

According to Daily Star, the 19-year-old has since been arrested after she posted the video on Instagram and was reported to police.She was charged with animal cruelty and if convicted will face up to six months in jail, a fine between $250 and $1,000, and up to 30 days of community service, the publication reports.
