The do's and don'ts for this year's Off The Beat 'n Track

Off the Beat ‘n Track is this week Saturday and we want to ensure that you have the best family day out with us!
Off the Beat ‘n Track is a spectacular annual event which combines music, family, and sport to create a space where you can have the perfect family fun day enjoying the amazing outdoors of the South African landscape, while being entertained by celebrated musicians.
Here a few things that will ensure you have the best day with us.
- DO look out for water points on the day
- DON’T forget to fill your camel pack or water bottle before heading off
- No gas bottles will be permitted on the premises
- No open fires will be permitted
- No alcohol will be allowed into the event.
- There will be a beer garden for your enjoyment at the finish area
- No glass bottles will be permitted on the premises
- Picnic baskets will be searched at the entrance for any alcoholic beverages
- If you are cycling, you need to wear your helmet (Unfortunately, no helmet, no ride)
- Gazebos are allowed, however we will have a specific area for them
- We will have a few food trucks selling gourmet food at the venue but you can bring your own picnic basket to enjoy after the ride
- We will provide a free and safe bike park, where you can leave your two wheelers and enjoy the entertainment with the family, there will also be a bike wash available

Entries to cycle are now officially closed but you can still join us for #MoreMusicYouLove and enjoy a great morning out with the family. Tickets are available at race pack collection or at the door on Saturday.
