Passenger refusing to wear mask on FlySafair plane gets banned from airline
FlySafair was forced to remove a passenger who had refused to wear a mask.
Masks are the law, and enforcing their use is both a legal requirement and the right thing to do, FlySafair’s Kirby Gordon said.
“Unfortunately, we have had a few incidents involving passengers who refused to wear masks mid-air.”
In addition, Flysafair’s TV advertisement was banned after the Advertising Regulatory Bureau (ARB) decided "none of the five people in the background appear to be wearing masks."

The ad shows non-mask wearing people on holiday. Despite the airline’s disclaimer, the ad did not fly with the ARB.
