Research has found that forced or fake smiling at work can cause you to drink more - especially if you work directly with customers. Do you agree?
Do you drink a lot when you get home from work?
Well, it might be because you force or fake a smile all day long.
According to CNN Business, the researchers of The Journal of Occupational Health Psychology found that people who drink one too many in the evenings do a fair amount of fake smiling at work.

"Faking and suppressing emotions with customers was related to drinking beyond the stress of the job or feeling negative," Alicia Grandey, a psychology professor at Penn State, told Penn State News.
The research also found that the fake smiling and drinking link is especially strong in employees who work in jobs where they have one-on-one time with customers.
