Do's and Don'ts for the Discovery Jacaranda FM Spring Walk
If you're joining us for the Discovery Jacaranda FM Spring Walk, here's what you need to know.
Do's:
- Wear sunblock
- Bring picnic baskets
- Wear a hat
- Use strollers / prams for the 5km walk and run
- Bring hand-held umbrellas
- Wear your race number on the front of your t-shirt
- Wear your 2018 ASA Licenses on the front & back of your running vest if you are taking part in the 10km or 15km event
- Be cautious with your valuables on race day – use the tog bag area provided on the D field
- Obey all traffic officers and marshals on the day
Don’ts:
- Please do not bring alcohol to the event, we have a dedicated beer garden
- No glass bottles and cans
- Listening devices are not allowed
- No pets allowed
- No umbrellas and gazebos
- Do not pay informal car guards for parking, the event has organised its own security
