Get active and burn those calories in the comfort of your own home with these easy exercises.
If you want to get into shape, but don’t have money for a gym membership, then your house is the perfect place to start.
You don’t have to sweat in front of that hot guy from the dentist’s office or strip down to your knickers in a changing room full of women who look like fitness models. And most importantly, you won’t waste money on a gym membership you are unlikely to use more than 10 times in the year.

These one-minute exercises can be done in your living room or backyard, and they will cost you zero cents.
You can even use items from your kitchen to help you along the way.
There is literally no excuse not to work out – unless of course you are injured. So, what are you waiting for?
