From the 30th October to the 3rd of November 2019, Waterfall City will be transformed into blooming display of floral talent, gardening excellence, top class entertainment and a hub of activity suitable for everyone from families to socialites.

The Johannesburg International Flower Show is an event that is truly aimed at everyone and will bring joy to Jozi! Whether you are a floral design fundi, a green-fingered gardener or you wish to soak up the sun and enjoy a day out, the event offers the opportunity to experience a celebration of design and artistic innovation. Everyone who visits the show will leave having gained something - from new skills and ideas or just the sense of being part of something truly magnificent.

We are delighted to announce that South Africa's most successful online flower and gift retailer, Netflorist, will be the official sponsor of The Netflorist Grand Pavilion of Flowers – the beating heart of our show.

Some of the wonderful sights that can be expected at the show include a Super Food Garden designed by Amorentia Estate and Nursery, which will show case blueberries, avocados, macadamia nuts and a new variety of Dragon Fruit! A lion made out of marigolds and a strelitzia archway will add a touch of majestic grace to the garden area.

Old Packhouse Distillery’s limited edition gin created specifically for the show and adult popsicles by Frost will be available to purchase, while a number of artisan food trucks and food stalls will be available as well as the Waterfall Organic Market. Plants and flowers will be available to purchase from Ludwig Roses, Plantland, The Garden Shop and guests can wander through the Alsmeer wholesale flower market or pay a visit to the Bella Flower Truck for gorgeous fresh cut flowers. If bling is more your thing, Floral Jewels will have a range of floral inspired jewelry for purchase and the SA Mint will be selling special floral design coins – a must for any collector!

Waterfall City, the host to this much-anticipated event, is a truly connected hub with a fully integrated lifestyle. The design is inspired by the contemporary principles of walkable mixed- use environments to create a truly first-class city.
