Boitumelong ECD: A ray of learning excellence in Alexandra township

The Boitumelong Early Learning Centre in Alexandra has been a refuge and place of learning for preschoolers born into poverty for the past 75 years.
The current principal, Nokolunga Ncube, is the third-generation patron of the school, which has grown in leaps and bounds from its humble beginnings.
At Boitumelong, the children receive the very best in education, food, care, and guidance. That’s why, in October 2021, when their boundary wall collapsed due to a flood, the Angels came together to keep the children safe from illegal dumping, rats, and crime.
