Dr Danielle Belardo, a US-based MD, is popular on social media for using dough to show how many surgical operations are done.

In the past, she has used play dough to show how kidney transplants, fibular fractures, and cleft lip repairs are done.

But, her latest video is causing a stir on social media.

In the video, the doctor shows her four-year-old son how a C-section is done.

She uses play dough, forceps, and surgical scissors to perform a C-section with her son.

Throughout the operation, the doctor explains to her son all the different steps.

According to the video description, the doctor says she did this to show her son how he was born.

"Our little guy just had a birthday (the big 4!), and we reminisced about the eventful, unexpected day he arrived and the flurry of amazing people involved with getting him here safely. In our next case, a small superhero was born by Cesarean delivery (yes I know it was actually a radioactive spider)," she wrote.

Watch the doctor and the son perform a C-section delivery in the video below.
