Our #JustDelicious streaky bacon is drizzled with maple syrup and baked until browned, mushrooms are pan-fried and left to simmer in a mixture of pesto and fresh cream, and napolitana sauce is cooked in a pan together with butter beans, sage and cumin. Once cooked, eggs are cracked over the napolitana mixture then topped with mozzarella and white cheddar before being oven-baked until eggs are cooked. Top with maple bacon and serve alongside the creamy pesto mushrooms and crusty bread.
