WATCH: Francois Hougaard gets hot & sweaty
Rugby hunk, Francois Hougaard heated up the internet again this weekend by posting a video of himself on instagram.
Hougi who is no stranger to posting hot pics and videos on his instagram page took part in a cycling session recently and decided to share the steamy video.
Some quick facts:
Francois Hougaard was born on the 6th of April 1988 in Paarl and is a professional South African rugby union rugby player.
His primary position is scrumhalf, but he can also play on the wing. He played for Western Province in 2007 before joining the Blue Bulls; he spent eight seasons at the Pretoria-based team, representing them in the Currie Cup as well as playing Super Rugby for the Bulls.
He also represented South Africa between 2009 and 2014 and joined the South African Sevens team in 2015.
