FNB working to resolve connectivity issue

First National Bank (FNB) says it is experiencing a connectivity issue that is affecting some of its banking services.
According to FNB, the intermittent connectivity issue is due to a network upgrade.
Customers have been unable to use the bank's app, withdraw money at ATMs or do card transactions.
FNB spokesperson Mo Hassem said they are looking at the network problem.
"We've planned around the whole thing to try and mitigate all the risks and to ensure that we don't impact customers. Unfortunately we have a device that is a bit of a problem. We are busy looking into that. We have all our technicians on site. We have all the best people that we can get on site and they are helping us to try and stabilise the network," Hassem said.
Hassem said they are trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
