Five Quick CAF Champions League semi-finals facts ahead of second legs this weekend:


-- Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa are making a second semi-finals appearance having pipped Petro Atletico of Angola in a penalty shootout 15 years ago after both sides won 2-0 at home.


-- First-time semi-finalists ZESCO United are the third Zambian club to reach the last-four stage after Nkana Red Devils (six times) and Mufulira Wanderers (once).


-- Including this year, 66 of the 192 semi-finalists have come from the north of Africa, 62 from the west, 33 from the centre, 16 from the east and 15 from the south.


-- Zamalek of Egypt are appearing in the semi-finals a ninth time after winning six of their other penultimate-round ties. One of the losses was against bitter domestic rivals Al Ahly.


-- Wydad Casablanca of Morocco have featured in two previous semi-finals, defeating ASEC Mimosas of the Ivory Coast and Enyimba of Nigeria, both former African champions.
