AKA shines on Sway in the Morning
AKA is the latest South African musician to do the country proud abroad.
AKA's appearance on Sway in the Morning, a popular US radio show, has earned the rapper major praise.
The Baddest hitmaker was back in America this week after an impressive showing at the Essence Festival nearly two weeks ago.
During his visit he made a stop at the headquarters of Sway Calloway's hit show, Sway in the Morning.
AKA was praised for his maturity, and for giving props to South Africa.
He also nailed his freestyle on the show - not that we ever doubted Supa Mega would deliver.
Kairo's daddy also talked about his queen Bonang Matheba during the interview.
He left everyone feeling mushy inside after opening up about their romance.
"I have someone in my life that treats me very well and who I adore."
He also admitted that their relationship didn't start in the best of ways - probably referring to his alleged cheating - but is happy he took a chance on love.
"You only have one life to live and if you love someone and you feel it and you really want to give it a go, you should take a shot man. If you got a shot, you gotta shoot it. At the end of the day, it's your life. People get hurt in love but I'm not the first man to do this," he told Sway.
