Singer Beyoncé Knowles had social media ablaze last night after sharing a photo of her pregnant belly on Instagram. Mrs Jay-Z posted a picture of her baby bump on social media, confirming that she is pregnant with twins.
"We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters," she posted.
This comes after much speculation that the star was never really pregnant with her and husband Jay-Z's first-born daughter, Blue Ivy.
Reports surfaced shortly after Beyoncé appeared on a chat show while pregnant, with a weird looking baby bump.
Beyoncé has been nominated in nine categories for the 2017 Grammy Awards, extending her lead as the most-nominated woman in Grammys history.
The announcement gave no indication of the babies' due date but social media users reacted to the news by congratulating the pair.
