Black Coffee lands international gig
Updated | By MornéJK
South African DJ Black Coffee, who has a residency on the party island Ibiza, has landed his first international radio gig.
He will be hosting a show on Apple's Beats 1 Radio show, following in the footsteps of music legends like Diddy and Drake.
In 2015, Black Coffee featured on Drake's Beats 1 show, and now he will be able to share his experiences with the world.
In an interview with Tonight, Black Coffee confirms that the show will be authentic to his African roots.
"The first thing you think is that you're going to only hear house music or South African music on my show‚ but what we're trying to do is to really expose people to me. As in‚ what do I love as this is my show? What inspires me musically? So it's different sides and genres," he said.
