David Beckham's message to estranged son: 'I love you'
The football legend's eldest son has blocked his family on social media amid an alleged feud.
David Beckham is showing his son, Brooklyn Beckham, some love despite the 26-year-old reportedly distancing himself from his famous family.
The former Manchester United player has made it clear that he loves Brooklyn after social media users noted his absence from an Instagram post about a 2025 recap.
His wife, Victoria Beckham, and their three children, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, featured in the recap.
"I feel very lucky to have had the year I've had in 2025 full of moments that I will never forget from my 50th to my knighthood (still pinching myself) and then finishing with winning the MLS as an owner," David captioned the carousel of pictures.
Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, did not attend David's 50th birthday parties in May. He was also noticeably missing when King Charles knighted David in November.
"I'm so grateful to my incredible wife, my amazing children, my friends and team I work with every single day, nothing would have been possible without you all," David continued.
"But as Sir Alex Ferguson would say, 'Onto the next'. Thank you for the incredible memories. I will forever remember 2025. @victoriabeckham I love you & our kids."
Some social media users felt that David should have included Brooklyn in his 2025 highlights regardless of their rift. Though, in David's defence, Brooklyn did not attend most of the family's gatherings in 2025.
To clear the air, David took to his Instagram Stories to share pictures of all his children, including Brooklyn.
"I love you all so much," he wrote. Victoria also shared his post on her Instagram Stories, despite Brooklyn reportedly blocking her a few days before Christmas.
Reports suggested that the former Spice Girls had unfollowed him, but her youngest son, Cruz, set the record straight.
"My mum and dad would never unfollow their son. They woke up blocked," he said on Instagram.
It appears that Brooklyn has blocked his entire family, including his brother, Romeo, and 14-year-old sister, Harper.
The aspiring chef spent Christmas and New Year's Eve with his wife and her family.
