Khloé Kardashian's rocky marriage laid bare in Lamar Odom doccie

A new documentary about basketball star Lamar Odom has revealed several bombshells about his marriage to Khloé Kardashian.
Netflix's new documentary-film, 'Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom', is lifting the lid on his seven-year marriage to reality star and entrepreneur, Khloé Kardashian.
The Good American co-founder shares her side of their love story in the one-hour and twenty-one-minute documentary.
The former couple gave their fans a peek inside their relationship on their E! reality show, 'Khloé and Lamar', but viewers had no idea how bad things were behind the scenes.
His ex-fiancée, Liza Morales, also appears. She is the mother of his three children, Destiny, Lamar 'LJ' Jr. and Jayden.
"Everybody was just drawn to him," she said about her high school sweetheart. "He knew how to charm." Liza also opens up about their six-month-old son Jayden's death in 2006.
"Sudden infant death syndrome. When you get the death certificate, it just says, not "undisclosed", not "undescribed". They give you an "un" word that doesn't really answer any questions," Lamar said.
"I didn't really cry too much when he passed away... The baby just looked like he's asleep."
Their son's death affected their relationship, with Liza and Lamar splitting shortly before he met Khloé.
Lamar and Khloé's wedding drama
Lamar and Khloé tied the knot after just 30 days of dating. However, that was not the most shocking thing about their picture-perfect wedding. Unbeknownst to fans, family drama was brewing behind the scenes.
The LA Lakers star's children were MIA, allegedly because Liza did not want them to attend.
"I never even met her. I don't think he told me he was marrying her," LJ said. Destiny says she "didn't wanna be a show pony".
"If you wanna get married in front of, like, a hundred people and all these cameras, that's totally cool, and it's on you."
Khloé's famous family, including Kourtney and Kim Kardashian, were present at the lavish nuptials.
Khloé's gets a call from her husband's mistress
Khloé remembers trying to reach Lamar after he went missing. She then received a surprise call.
"Out of the blue, I get this call, and I'm like, 'Hello.' And she's like, 'Hi, I've been f***ing your husband. He is so f***ed up, and just keeps wanting money and drugs. And I gotta get off this ride. So will you come pick him up?'"
Khloé says she didn't know for sure he was sleeping with other women, but she had her suspicions. Her mother, Kris Jenner, went to pick him up.

Lamar's drug abuse affects marriage
Lamar says the first "hit of cocaine" that he took was amazing. A couple in Miami introduced him to the drug, which he now regrets taking.
Khloé says Lamar's drug addiction became so bad that the smell of crack became familiar to her. "Once you know the smell of crack, it's the most identifiable, disgusting smell. And there's nothing that you can confuse it with."
She says it started as "recreational party use", but it spiralled out of control.
"This is a dark situation, and I don't know what to do." She recalls looking for him in alleys and motels when he would go missing for days.
The 41-year-old would also rush to hotels to clean up after him so that housekeeping did not sell stories about him.
"I was such an enabler without knowing I was an enabler. But I felt such a responsibility to cover this up, hold it together and protect him."
Lamar reveals in the documentary that his father Joe also had a drug addiction, which led to the end of his parents' relationship. His mother, Cathy, died when he was 10. She had colon cancer and died less than six months after her diagnosis.
Khloé nurses Lamar back to health
Khloé and Lamar eventually separated. She filed for divorce in December 2013, and the proceedings were reportedly finalised in July 2015. Three months later, Lamar was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel.
Despite parting ways, Khloé and her family rushed to his bedside. He suffered 12 strokes and six heart attacks. Khloé says she had a disturbing dream the night before the incident.
"I had a dream about Lamar that he was dead, and I was at his funeral, and I was sobbing," she said.
Kim was the one to tell Khloé that Lamar overdosed. They both rushed to the hospital. She says Lamar's father, Joe, wanted to turn off the life support, but she refused.
"I'm like, 'Sorry, Joe, I'm still his wife. What do you need?' And Joe wanted a pair of Nikes and $100, and a hotel room for the night. And Joe left and never came back."
Due to a court backlog, their divorce was not actually final.
Khloé called off her divorce and tried to nurse her husband back to health. She filed for divorce for a second time in May 2016.
Lamar's road to recovery has been long and rough. He completed rehab earlier this year and remains positive about his future.
"This time was different because Lamar checked himself in," a source told TMZ. Lamar hopes to become a basketball coach.
Khloé now has two children, True and Tatum, with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, who was also caught cheating.
Many fans still hold onto hope that Khloé and Lamar will get back together, but she has made it clear that she has no intention of rekindling a romance with her former husband.
