Sharon Osbourne has spoken out about the loss of her husband Ozzy in a new podcast with their children, Jack and Kelly.

The music icon, who is known for songs such as 'Changes' and 'Mama, I'm Coming Home', died in July at the age of 76

In the latest episode of their family's podcast, 'The Osbournes', Sharon reveals that President Donald Trump was among the people who sent her a heartfelt message after the Black Sabbath frontman's passing.

"Love him or hate him, he didn’t have to call and leave a voicemail," she said.

The 73-year-old revealed what Trump said in his message:

Hi, Sharon. It's Donald Trump, and I just wanted to wish you the best and the family. Ozzy was amazing. He was an amazing guy. I met him a few times and I wanna tell you he was unique in every way and talented. So I just wanted to wish you the best and it’s a tough thing, I know how close you were, and whatever I can do. Take care of yourself, say hello to the family. Thanks, bye.

Sharon says thousands and thousands of people reached out to the family, and they appreciate every single message.

Kelly adds that the messages have helped them during their time of grief.

"The outpouring of love has been so helpful to us. I never could have even imagined it to be as helpful as it has been - to know that we are not alone in our grief, and in our sadness. The rest of the world loved him as much as we did."

She says she hasn't seen an outpouring like that since Princess Diana died. Jack says the public's reaction was "beautiful but unexpected".

"Ozzy wouldn't believe it," Sharon said, adding that her husband had no idea how much people loved and admired him.

King Charles also sent the family a letter to show them support.

"Our king is an amazing person. He is an amazing person not just because he wrote to us when Ozzy passed, but if he did it for us, you know he does it for many many, many people." she said.

"Now here's a man that does know what's going on in the street with people. Not just politics, not just, you know, here's a man that cares about the environment, animals. He cares about many, many, many things. And he's got a good heart.”

The Osbourne family also opened up about the days leading up to Ozzy's death. Watch the heartbreaking podcast below.
