Prince William and Princess Catherine shine at 2026 BAFTAs

The royal couple put on a united (and fashionable) front at the BAFTAs despite their family's latest drama.

They are not movie stars, but nobody understands the phrase, "the show must go on", more than the British royal family.

Prince William and his wife, Princess Catherine, were all smiles when they attended their first joint event following news of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's arrest.

The former prince was taken into police custody last week on "suspicion of misconduct in public office".

The arrest was reportedly based on newly released documents from the Jeffrey Epstein case, which allegedly show him sharing sensitive government documents with the late convicted sex offender.

Just days later, on Sunday, February 22, the Prince and Princess of Wales were special guests at the 2026 British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs).

The royal couple were not up for any awards, but they were winners on the BAFTAs red carpet.

Princess Catherine, formerly known as Kate Middleton, looked like a Hollywood star in a blush-pink Gucci dress.

"Catherine never misses when it comes to timeless evening style. The flowing hair, the rich velvet details and the historic jewels come together in such a graceful, feminine way. Truly a masterclass in royal elegance," one royal fan commented.

Prince William looked equally stylish in a burgundy velvet tuxedo jacket and black pants. The prince, who is next in line to the British throne, presented the BAFTA Fellowship to Donna Langley.
