Royals react to couple's take on Meghan Markle's viral dance
Is the royal family giving the 'Baby Mama Dance' an official seal of approval?
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has inspired pregnant women to do the 'Baby Mama Dance,' and it seems the British royal family approves.
The 43-year-old caused a stir a few weeks ago when she shared an old video of herself doing the viral dance.
The video was recorded in the delivery room shortly before she gave birth to Princess Lilibet, her second child with Prince Harry, in 2021.
The Duchess shared the clip to celebrate Lilibet's fourth birthday.
"Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work - there was only one thing left to do!" she wrote on her personal Instagram page.
While the British clutched their pearls at the thought of a royal family member getting down low in the delivery room, many applauded Meghan for her authenticity.

'Made in Chelsea' stars Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo were inspired by Meghan and Harry's 'Baby Mama Dance'.
They decided to record their own video on the steps of the iconic Grand Staircase at Buckingham Palace.
Habboo is pregnant with the couple's first child.
"They said we couldn’t film in Buckingham Palace," Laing captioned a video.
The couple attended an event at the palace celebrating The King's Trust charity. They mingled with King Charles at the event.
The royal family's official Instagram page left a comment under Laing's post.
"We see you 👀😉."
The King's Trust wrote: "All of our attendees are very well behaved 👀😂."
The royal family has not officially commented on Meghan's delivery room dance, but we think their social media manager would certainly approve!
