Anxious matrics await their NSC exam results

The wait is almost over. The class of 2016 will officially know how they performed in their final exams on Thursday.
Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga will announce the National Senior Certificate (NSC) Examination Results on Wednesday.
The Department of Basic Education says the class of 2016 can access their results in various newspapers on 5 January using only exam numbers.
The Department urges candidates to obtain their results at the school or exam centre where they wrote their final papers.
Some matrics are a bundle of nerves while others are excited and confident.
