First big exam for 2016 matrics

Matriculants across the country are sitting for their first big paper today.

More than 670 000 full time candidates will write English.
In Limpopo, the spotlight is on Vuwani, where more than 25 schools were damaged during this year's community protests.
Across the country, exam centres are now the focus, as thousands of pupils buckle down.
