20 injured when taxi rolls in Johannesburg
The taxi overturned on William Nicol Drive on Friday night.
At least 20 people were injured, three critically so, on Friday night when a taxi rolled in Bryanston in Johannesburg.
Paramedics found the taxi on its roof on the side of the road with rescuers using special equipment to free some of the patients.
"Several people were found scattered around on the scene while one patient was found entrapped inside the vehicle," says ER24.
After paramedics provided the critically injured patients with advanced life support, the rest - whose injuries ranged from minor to moderate - were treated on scene and taken to hopsital.
Paramedics say police were on scene to investigate the incident.
