AmaXhosa King Sigcawu to receive official funeral

President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared a special official funeral category 1 for late AmaXhosa King, Zwelonke Mpendulo Sigcawu.
Ramaphosa will deliver the eulogy when Sigcawu is laid to rest next Friday.
He ordered that the national flag fly at half-mast throughout the country from Monday until his burial.

Sigcawau led the Xhosa nation from 2006 until is passing last week Thursday.
Ramaphosa’s spokesperson Khusela Diko says he was also the first king to be crowned after the democratic recognition of traditional leadership.
“President Ramaphosa has paid tribute to Kumkani Zwelonke as an outstanding leader who had served his people with selfless dedication.”
