Amcu march draws interest
Updated | By Lonwabo Miso
People peered over their walls as hundreds of Amcu-affiliated mineworkers marched towards Illovo to deliver a memorandum at Impala Platinum's offices in Sandton, Johannesburg, on Thursday.

A domestic worker, residents, and people working in the area came out to see the marchers. Some took out their cellphones and recorded the marchers, who sang loudly as they made their way down Bompas Street. The march started at a park in Dunkeld West.
While hundreds of people had already joined the march, more were still being dropped off by buses along the route.
