Brickz denied bail
Kwaito musician and rape accused Sipho Charles Ndlovu was denied bail by the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
"There is convincing evidence and likelihood that the applicant will intimidate witnesses," said magistrate Piet Kotze.
"Bail is refused."
The matter was postponed to December 5.
