Child killed in Kya Sands crash

One child was killed and three others injured when a vehicle rolled over in Kya Sands, north west of Johannesburg, and struck them on the side of the road.
It's understood the driver lost control in the residential area.
ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring says the four children struck by the car were aged between 6 and 14 years.
"Paramedics on the scene immediately treated the children and provided them with several intervention.
"Unfortunately, after some time one of the children succumbed to their injuries and was declared dead."
Meiring adds the three injured were taken to a nearby hospital for urgent care.
The driver's condition wasn't immediately known to paramedics.
