Cops pounce on suspect with child abuse material
A man has been arrested during a takedown operation in Midrand on Friday morning.
The 35-year-old was arrested at a residence where a significant number of images and videos depicting child abuse have been found.
“One suspect arrested for possession, accessing, downloading, and distribution of child pornography. The suspect was found in possession of thousands of images and videos depicting child pornography,” said police spokesperson Amanda van Wyk.
