The Randburg Magistrates' Court has acquitted Duduzane Zuma
on all charges.
The son of former President Jacob Zuma was found not guilty of culpable homicide and negligent driving on Friday morning.
The case related to a 2014 accident that involved Duduzane Zuma's luxury Porsche and a taxi.
It is alleged that Duduzane's car hit a puddle of water which resulted in him losing control of his vehicle killing taxi passenger, Phumzile Dube.
Magistrate Tebogo Thupaatlase, says the state did not present any evidence to proe any negligence on the part of Zuma.
"The state failed to prove the case against the accused of being unreasonable. The version of the accused is found reasonably possible and true. The accused is found not guilty in the main and alternative account," says Thupaatlase.
