This follows the chaos and disruptions during the sitting on Thursday and Friday, where some of the EFF members were thrown out of the chambers.

The EFF refused to be addressed by President Cyril Ramaphosa during the debate on the Presidency’s budget vote.

The party believes Ramaphosa shouldn’t be allowed to continue with any presidential duties while the police are investigating the theft of foreign currency from his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo.

EFF spokesperson Leigh-Ann Mathys says one of their female members was woman was sexually assaulted.

“We want to warn Mapisa-Nqakula that her audition for the favour of Ramaphosa and the ruling party, at the expense of accountability and combatting corruption, even by a head of state, is nothing new and will end in shame."

Mathys says the party will pursue private prosecutions if the police and NPA fail to act.

“The battle against Ramaphosa and his cronies is far from over, wherever he speaks, and the EFF has an opportunity, we will ensure he answers to the grave accusations of money laundering against him, a crime which erodes our fiscus and is defined by criminality, tax evasion and illicit financial flow of funds."
