Emergency services battling Pretoria West substation fire

"The situation has been complicated by the fact that now there is oil leaking from the substation itself."
Tshwane Emergency Merical Services (EMS) were battling a blaze at the Kwagga substation in Pretoria West on Tuesday morning.
EMS spokesperson Charles Mabaso says the fire broke out at 3am.

"Firefighters have been dispatched from around 3:30 and have been fighting the blaze since then," says Mabaso.
He adds: "The situation has been complicated by the fact that now there is oil leaking from the substation itself."
He says firefighters are using foam to suppress the fire.
