"Trillian was a subcontractor to Mckinsey South Africa when Eskom was asked to pay them directly. The total amount paid to Trillian was R495 million and Mckinsey was paid about R900 million with a total value of the master service agreement to the value of R1.4 billion," says Khoza.
He says the payments will be investigated.
"Eskom has decided to commission an independent review that will focus on Trillian's role and other consulting firms in general around the work they performed for the company," says Khoza.
