Eskom: No blackouts expected on Wednesday
Updated | By sibahle motha

Any additional load or faults could necessitate rotational power cuts, Eskom's media desk said.
The utility was continuing its maintenance plan to increase the reserve margin and stabilise the grid, but appealed to the public to conserve electricity.
On Tuesday, energy department director general Wolsey Barnard told the Africa Energy Indaba it would take 20 to 30 months for Eskom to catch up with maintenance.
On Saturday Eskom resorted to stage two power cuts to build up diesel stocks for open-cycle gas turbines and dam water levels for pumped storage schemes.
