FF Plus’ Groenewald: I will not take Covid-19 vaccine

The opposition party leader made the remarks on Friday, ahead of the rollout of the second phase of Covid-19 vaccination campaign on Monday. 

"In my specific case, I will not take the vaccination because previously I took a normal flu injection, and the effects were negative in my specific case,” says Groenewald.

"Therefore, I will not take the vaccination because I am not sure about the effects it will have on my health at this moment and therefore still remain a free choice of each and every individual." 

South Africa reported a total of 3 221 new cases in the 24 hours leading up to Thursday, bringing the total number of infections to 1 605 252.
