Gang robs cash van near Westgate Mall
Gauteng police are searching for an unknown number of suspects who robbed a cash-in-transit van near Westgate Mall in Roodepoort on Wednesday.
The suspects escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.
Gauteng police spokesperson Robert Netshiunda says the suspects also robbed the security guards of their firearms.
The suspects fled the scene in a grey Mercedes-Benz.
