Gauteng Hawks boss to face the music
The High Court in Pretoria has dismissed an application by Gauteng Hawks boss Shadrack Sibiya seeking to halt an internal disciplinary hearing.
On Thursday afternoon, Judge Hans Fabricius ruled that the matter brought by Sibiya was not urgent and struck it from the court roll.
Sibiya was handed a charge sheet last week, ordering him to appear at the disciplinary hearing on Friday.
