Gautrain gets its power back
Power has been restored on the Gautrain line following a power outage that disrupted services early this morning.
The power failure disrupted the Gautrain train services between the Midrand and Hatfield stations.
This led to the company implementing contingency plans that consisted of using buses to transport commuters.
In a post on social media platform X, Gautrain stated that services had been restored.
