Gift of the Givers 'concerned' over disappearance of two men in Vietnam

Gift of the Givers has raised its concerns over the disappearance of two teachers just two months apart in the Vietnamese city Ho Chi Minh.
It is alleged that John Bothma last spoke to his family in May and Mushfiq Daniels in July.
According to Sooliman, the two men were linked to an American women before their disappearance, giving rise to speculation of foul play.
"With John Bothma it was that exact day that he disappeared in 18th May. That evening his aunt in Johannesburg spoke to him and she said he was different, compared to normal times.
"And he all he said is that he's made a mistake having the American lady as a friend and whether it's related or not, he just said 'I'm going down'.”
The humanitarian aid organisation fears the worst.
"There's a shortage of organs because Vietnamese people don't believe in giving up their organs, they believe that all their body parts must come with them to the afterlife," says Sooliman.
"It sounds that if that these people are captured they can make big money from organ harvesting."
Sooliman says his speculation is informed by the high demand for organs in the country.
He adds that the organisation will exhaust all avenues in a bid to establish the whereabouts of the two men.
