The City of Johannesburg’s Emergency Services has urged motorists to remain cautious on the roads following the hard rain on Sunday and more light rain expected on Monday morning.
Joburg EMS spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi says no major incidents were reported overnight throughout the city.
"We would like to urge our motorists to exercise caution as they drive, keep safe distance and arrive safely at their destination," says Mulaudzi.
He has added emergency service will remain on alert throughout the day “so that we can be able to respond to any emergency which might occur throughout the city of Johannesburg."
