Limpopo crash claims 7 lives

Authorities are investigating a collision between two cars on the N1 outside Polokwane on Thursday night.
Police spokesperson Lt Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe says the two vehicles were travelling in opposite directions when the accident occurred.
"Three of the deceased were in the Polo Vivo being while four others were in the Opel Astra that included a young boy of five years," says Ngoepe.

Police have not been able to confirm the identifies of the victims, but paramedics says one of the victims is a 3-year-old child.
"Anyone who can assist in the identification of the deceased in this matter ,may go to Westernburg Police Station", adds Ngoepe.
Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
