She has been an outspoken critic of the president.

KZN ANC spokesperson Mdumiseni Ntuli says Khoza will be afforded another opportunity next week.

"In addition to that, she has been afforded an opportunity between now and Sunday to come down and meet with ANC presenters in what is called 'a pre-trial'."

Ntuli says this will provide Khoza an opportunity to exchange documents and to try and reach consensus on certain issues.

At the same time Khoza has taken to Facebook saying she fears being kicked out of the party.

She wrote: "By the end of today, I may possibly be stripped of my black, green and gold brand. I do not mind. I joined the ANC because of the love I have for my country and its people."
