Media's role is to discredit me, Motsoeneng tells Zondo commission

Former SABC COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng has told the commission of inquiry into state capture that he believes the media is out to discredit him.
Motsoeneng appeared before the commission for a second day on Wednesday.
He said he wanted to clarify that he is not at the commission to defend himself, but rather to tell the truth about what happened during his tenure as COO of the public broadcaster.
Motsoeneng claims the media is reporting that he is defending himself at the commission.
He is also unhappy with the Wits Business School, which denied Motsoeneng’s claims that he lectured at the institution.
"Yesterday I spoke about me lecturing at Wits Business School. It is true chairperson, I have the documents which I will produce. I was invited and it does not mean that when I say I lectured there I was employed by Wits but the media has twisted what I said in this commission.”
"That tweet is wrong chairperson. I have been invited more than three times at Wits Business School to lecture and there is a video to demonstrate that. The media, the way they do things is wrong, because it seems like they are angels and we are very bad."
